Our Operation and Region of Oil production
Abi Petroleum Capital is the Operator of the Atyrau oil and gas condensate field (KOGCF) which is located in west of Almaty Kazakhstan and covers an area of over 280 km2. Atyrau is a unique field with complex operating conditions, not in the least due to extreme continental climate. The field is some 1,600 m thick and very complex and unique with its top at a depth of around 3,500 m. The extracted hydrocarbons contain up to 4.5 % of highly toxic and corrosive hydrogen sulphide (H2S), as well as carbon dioxide (CO2) which can be highly corrosive in certain conditions.

Our services
Abi Petroleum Capital Kazakhstan is an oil production company that develops oil fields and exploration blocks in the Atyrau region, Our oil refining unit, situated in the city of Almaty Kazakhstan which engaged into refining of crude oil into high-quality oil products.
Crude oil production by Abi Petroleum Capital Refinery (including share of production by equity affiliates) in 2019 totalled 96.645 million tones (1.953 million barrels per day), of which 64.147 million tonnes were produced by Company subsidiaries.
